The breakfast price points seemed very reasonable compared to the other restaurants in the area. I do wish we would have taken advantage of the restaurant for breakfasts. As an off season hotel, I would stay there again. I've seen the rates they charge in the 'In season', and I would probably not feel the same if I had paid that rate. We were not unhappy with our stay at all. I have to say, we got a really good rate for our stay and for an off season place to stay, it was convenient to everything we wanted to do. I could tell that this was a weekend get away for the locals who wanted a place to have some drinks and enjoy the amenities. We stayed Thursday and Friday night, checked out on Saturday. The pool and spa both had a substantial amount of chemicals in them, enough to cause some discomfort to our eyes and skin. Friday night we could tell that it had been cleaned.maybe it needs to be done more frequently. Thursday night the spa was in need of a good cleaning. The pool and spa had a couple of things going on. The ice machine needed to be clean, my son found some black gunk in his ice. The vanity mirror lighting was really poor though. The furniture was comfortable in the suite and appeared well used, not a complaint.just an observation. The bathroom was very small, but clean and the shower was hot with good pressure. The mattresses for the kids bunks could have been a bit thicker. Come visit & let our family take care of your family!
